Three Scientists 3S Craft Lager 4.2% ABV

After rigorous blind tastings comparing our new 3S lager to a range of other draught European lagers available in the UK market and several recipe adjustments, we arrived at our final version of a 4.2% ABV lager. Although at a lower strength to most premium lagers it’s full of flavour and a match for many products. The combination of European and British hops and malt delivers aromas of sage and mandarin along with a honey-like sweetness and a foaming white head.  (A rich malty flavour gives way to a clean bitter finish.) 
.  This is low temperature science at its best.

​Three Scientists Hop Picker Crafty Ale 4.0% ABV​
​
​This is a perfect example of a classic style of beer but with a modern twist, introduced by the careful adjustment of the brewing parameters. This amber coloured bitter has a smooth texture and subtle honey and spice flavours, created by introducing a precisely measured amount of rye malt. Best served slightly chilled it is delivered with a creamy head made up of millimetre diameter bubbles each measured before delivery :-).

Three Scientists Celtic Rebel 4.6% ABV

The rebel in the family! To complete the range, after many blind tastings we have teamed up with a local Herefordshire company to offer this award-winning product. Celtic Rebel is the result of pressing a blend of five Hereford apples, this gives a balanced product and results in a golden straw colour drink with a well -rounded, mellow sweetness and a very slight tart finish.  Served chilled this is the perfect cider to quench your thirst.
